Sodasavargha

The twelve signs of the zodiac (Raashi-Chakra) are further simplified according to the ascendant sign daily. Each sign in the zodiac chart rises for 2 hours on the Eastern horizon every day, and this position is called the ascendant sign. These 12 houses, or signs, are drawn into a diagram called the natal chart, according to the date of birth of an individual. The natal chart is also known as the horoscope or the Kundali of a person.

You should consider the fact that within the two hours of each ascendant sign, thousands of people are born. Does this mean that all these people share the same destiny? In reality, you see, the destiny or the life path of every individual is different, with unique turns at every phase. In fact, not even twins share the same destiny and are two different individuals!

So, what causes the difference in destiny between two people who share the exact time, date, and place of birth? Reading the divisional charts is the key to interpreting these unique differences. The ascendant sign in a divisional chart changes very fast, even within a few seconds. This change in the calculation of divisional ascendants leads to different Dasha for two people born in the same Raashi or under the influence of the same Nakshatra.
